Handouts & Demos
More than 70 handouts give tips and information on all aspects of the writing process—everything from getting started on a paper to understanding writing expectations in different academic disciplines. Our 20 "demos" are quick and colorful multimedia introductions to strategies that writers can try out immediately.
Faculty
For faculty and teaching assistants, we offer tips on working with student writers and using writing activities in class, as well as information about the services available to UNC students.
English as a Second Language (ESL)
Non-native English speakers and the instructors who work with them can view a collection of helpful handouts and learn about writing groups, campus events, and other support services available in our community.
