Elizabeth Shestak

After receiving an undergraduate degree in Creative Writing from Carnegie Mellon University, followed by a Master’s of Journalism degree from the University of Maryland, I am well-equipped to coach, edit, and review any kind of writing on whatever level the client so chooses. I have worked with ESL clients on numerous occasions. To date I have revamped resumes, proofed grants for grammar, and edited book chapters for flow and consistency. I am also well-versed at workshopping fiction and poetry, and am happy to guide non-fiction writers in terms of their reportage and direction.

I have a M.Ed. in Global Education Policy, a B.A. in International Education and I am TESOL certified, with adult ESL instruction and tutoring experience through the Orange County Literacy Council.
